The Feast of St. Vincent (Vinko) – ‘Vinkovo’- is traditionally celebrated as the beginning of work in the vineyards and the new winegrowing year. Ilok, as a famous winegrowing region of Srijem, holds tight to this tradition and thus again this year the winegrowers are planning to celebrate this day in a cheerful spirit. As in previous years, the celebration will be held in the vineyards and cellars of Ilok growers, with tables full of local products and good wine. For the 21^st time the Bušari of Đakovo will recreate the carnival traditions, while singing, dancing and weaving madness through the streets of Đakovo.
